Snorkelling

21st March 2011

Today is one of the days which I was really looking foward too. One of my passions is life is snorkling. Although I had never done snorkling before I am facinated by the views underwater. And yeasterday just made me appriciate the views underwater evenmore. Snorkling is a hobby and jobs for most people which many over sea. I just dont understand this because it is just amazing whats underneath the ocean.

During our snorkling lesson we learnt how to blow out the water from your snorkell after you had just been underwater. This was difficult for me at the time because when I first tried it I managed to suck back all the water back inside my mouth. This made me cough and wasnt exactly the best feeling.

The next lesson we had was we learnt how get rid of the water out of your mask when your underwater. At first all the water inside the mask hurt my nose but I picked the technique up easily and I am told it is a real asset to have in snorkling.

After we had done some lessons we were given free time to just look around. This was easily the highlight of my time in Wambana so far and I hope to go snorkling some time soon again.
